Navigating Housing in Toronto: Tips and Advice for Incoming International, MMTP and MD/PhD Students

We understand moving to a new city and finding a good place to live can be overwhelming. This session is designed to help you navigate the Toronto housing market.

Paloma Bertossi, Student Life Officer, Housing Education, will share her knowledge and insights on the Toronto housing market. You will learn about the different on-campus and off-campus housing options including renting apartments, condos, shared accommodations, and homestays. Additionally, you will gain pro-tips on navigating the rental market, finding the right neighbourhood, and understanding your legal rights as a tenant.
