There are spaces available in Student Family Housing (apartment-style housing ideal for students living with partners and/or children).
Graduate House
Graduate House offers 25 residence spaces for incoming first year medical students on a first‑come, first‑served basis. To be considered for a designated space, please email us at medicine.admiss@utoronto.ca to indicate your interest by June 1, 2026.
To secure a residence space, nominated students must submit a Graduate Residences application through the StarRez Portal.
