Join us for an interactive afternoon designed to help prospective applicants explore the wide range of health sciences programs at the University of Toronto and connect directly with current students and program representatives.

Speaker Bios:
Lawrence Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing: Carli Chan - Admissions and Recruitment Officer
Carli is a graduate of the University of Toronto (Honours Bachelor of Arts & Sciences, Master of Education) and works at the Lawrence Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing, University of Toronto as the Admissions and Recruitment Officer. Her role is to promote the nursing programs, assist with the admissions process, and to advise prospective students about admissions to the Faculty of Nursing
Temerty Faculty of Medicine:
Medical Radiation Sciences: Kieng Tan - Director
Kieng Tan is the Director for the undergraduate Medical Radiation Sciences Program, a joint program at the University of Toronto and The Michener Institute of Education at UHN. She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of Toronto. Professionally, Kieng is a Radiation Therapists and is the appointed Academic Councillor on Council at the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario.
MD Program: Twanna Lewis - Assistant Registrar for Recruitment and Inclusive Programming
With over 18 years of experience in higher education, Twanna has held a range of roles across the University, developing deep expertise in admissions, career development, and program support across graduate and professional programs. In her current role, Twanna leads inclusive recruitment practices and supports prospective MD applicants, with a commitment to creating equitable pathways into medical education.
Inwentash Faculty of Social Work: Jeremy Nichols - Recruitment, Admissions and Programs Assistant
Jeremy specializes in administration of graduate programs. He has worked in graduate administration at the University of Toronto since 2017.
